Designed for the first time mom wanting prenatal education and post partum support to get her through the first few weeks and a possible transition back to work or school.

 

Visits should ideally be scheduled within 48 hours of returning home, at 

                            about 2 weeks old and the third visit used for any issues that may occur.

 

                            This package includes:

                            A prenatal education class 

                            A hospital visit within 24 hours of baby's birth

                            Phone consultations as needed

                            And 3 in-home visits to be schedule at your convenience     

Designed for the mom heading back to work or school and needing some help with the transition or a mom interested in learning how to pump effectively so she can leave the baby occasionally.

 

                            Ideally the first visit should be scheduled as follows:
                            One visit scheduled 3 weeks prior to returning to work 

                            One visit to occur one week prior to returning to work

                            One scheduled after returning to work at your convenience.

 

                            This package includes:

                            An in home visit to go over your personal pump, how to use it, clean

                            it, proper milk storage and when to start pumping

                            2 follow up visits to go over any pumping issues or issues with introducing

                            an artificial nipple to the baby and when you should pump at work

                            Phone consultations as needed
