I currently accept money orders, cashiers checks, paypal and cash. Credit card payments can be made via paypal only.
After Hours In Home Consultations
After hours appointments are subject to an additional charge of $15.00.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. If you will be using the paypal option, please plan to make the payment so it registers before your scheduled visit.
I will provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement but I do not bill the insurance company directly.
